How do you spell...

How do you spell exhaustion for two adults with five kids in tow for the day? F-A-I-R!!! Yesterday, with it being our 3rd trip to the fair, we spent the entire 4 1/2 hours riding the rides. It was nonstop adventure for our gang. My sister and her husband are out of town enjoying a weekend of quiet in Vermont while my nieces are sleeping over. So the 5 - ages 9, 6, 4, 4, 4 - were ready for more daring and challenging rides. Luckily, it wasn't crowded and they could get on and off each ride and get right back on if they wanted. My niece Natalie is now tall enough to get on almost every ride with Austin (without an adult) so we were spared our stomachs and backs for the most part. However, the "little ones" were feeling a bit jilted and wanted some fast spinning speed. Brett and I took turns being tortured - I don't know what happened but since having kids, I can't handle most of those rides. The spider (also known as the octopus in my day) really did me in! It was a great day and just seeing all the smiles on their faces and hearing all the laughter was worth the tired feet and dizzy heads.
