Go Leo and Virgo!

According to the Washington Post yesterday, August is the month that most births occur in the United States. Tuesdays are the most "born on" day. For our August loved ones - Happy Birthday to Brett, Grandpa Rick, Papa, Linda, Lisa, Frances, Carrie, Karen (and to my beloved deceased grandmothers). Also Happy Anniversary to Carmela & Lyndon and Annie & Sam.

A few famous births too - Neil Armstrong (5th), Dustin Hoffman and Richard Nixon (8th), Alfred Hitchcock (13th), Napoleon Bonaparte (15th), Davy Crockett & Mae West (17th), Gene Kelly (23rd), Sean Connery (25th) and Jackie Kennedy (28th) - this just names a few. Alot of famous actors/actresses were born in August.

Hawaii became the 50th U.S. State on August 21st, 1959!

So to all those August birthdays - have a joyful and healthy new year ahead of you. A little something to always keep in mind - "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." - Eleanor Roosevelt
