12 is the magic number. 12 years since Austin's birth. 12 years since unconditional love came into our lives. 12 years of joy, love and laughter. How did the birthday boy celebrate this year - climbing as high as possible! Austin and his friend Kai joined together to celebrate at Earth Treks for a little wall climbing. All the kids had a great time, though the little ones scaled the walls in every direction without any problems. Our group of 12 year olds were struggling to make their pre-puberty bodies do things it wasn't willing to do - their bodies a bit big and unbalanced. But we cheered them on and one by one, they made it to the top. Happy Birthday my sweet boy, you are only 5 inches shorter than mommy now...where did the time go. May your 12th year be filled with lots of excitement, fun, adventure, laughter and love!! We love you!
