Help is Always Near

I'm having one of those difficult weeks (probably the last 2 or 3) where you feel that you are constantly being tested - emotionally, physically...in everything around you. No point in giving details - it's just too exhausting. So when I need something to give me a little guidance, I refer to my little book called Grace for the Moment by Max Lucado.

Faith means being sure of the things we hope for and knowing that something is real even if we do not see it. - Hebrews 11:1

Max Lucado points out that God says that the more hopeless your circumstances, the more likely, your salvation. The greater your cares, the more genuine your prayers. The darker the room, the greater the need for light. God's help is near and always available, but it is only given to those who seek it.
