It may be the first day of Spring - but we got SNOW! As usual, we were off to the local middle school for some afternoon sledding with cousins Natalie and Juliet! At one point, Connor came down the hill, hit a bump and became airborne! I knew that tears were soon to follow as he does not like unexpected surprises, sure enough, he was bawling. As Brett and I go through all the questions of "are you hurt, are you okay, do you want to rest, etc" and trying to comfort him - none of these were enough to stop the tears and sobbing. Then Dylan came over and yelled "Connor, that was WICKEDLY GOOD!!" The tears stopped, Connor wiped his face and said with great excitement "yeah, I went really high"! I guess with all the parenting over the years, we just never caught on that "wickedly" would do the trick! (p.s. we have no idea where Dylan got that statement!!)

It sounds like your boys are from the Northeast. "Wicked" is a term used up yonder. Matt had a hearty chuckle when I read your entry. Glad that no one got hurt and everyone had fun.
