Connor and Dylan have finally reached the age, after 2 years of begging (after years of watching Austin and cousin Natalie in lessons), it was time for them to skate. The first few lessons were priceless (of course the battery was dead in the video camera) as they wobbled and slid their way across the ice. These videos are after 3 lessons, as you can see, Dylan is fast and fearless where Connor is cautious and uncertain. After 6 lessons, tomorrow is their skill test and I'm happy to say, they can do everything on the list with confidence and speed. Definitely not the same little skaters as before. I guess there will be more months of me having cold hands and feet and standing in line for hot chocolate - but it's worth it!

Holy mackerel, the boys look like pros! I want front row seats with you and Brett at the 2014 Winter Olympics to root for your boys.
